| Additional drivers may be permitted. All additional drivers must qualify the same as the renter. An additional per day charge may be applied. |
| AFTER HOURS |
| U-Save offers a key drop for customers who need to return after hours. |
| AGE |
| The minimum age for renter and additional drivers is 21 years of age. |
| CANCELLATION |
| We require a $100.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee on all vehicles. This fee is applied to your rental and will be deducted from your total due at the return of the vehicle. |
| CDW |
| Collision Damage Waiver may be purchased by the renter. Our Policy carries a $500.00 deductible which the renter would be responsible should an accident occur. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| This location may accept a Cash Deposit or Debit Card at the time of rental. Please call location directly at 330-792-5580 for qualifications.
PREPAID DEBIT CARDS
We do not accept pre-paid debit and credit cards or money orders. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| All rentals require an authorization (temporary hold) of $250 on a major credit card. This amount will be held until the rental is returned. Once the vehicle has been checked in and it is verified that there is no damage done to the vehicle and the gas replaced the authorization will be released. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid drivers’ license is required to rent a vehicle. For international residents, a valid drivers’ license issued from your country of residence must be in English and it must be accompanied by an International Drivers Permit. Drivers’ licenses must be valid for the entire rental period. |

| EQUIPMENT |
| Dolly - 10.00usd/day Seat removal - for passenger vans - 20.00usd for each seat removed |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as received. A $6.00 per gallon charge will apply if not. There are no refunds on fuel. |
| ONE-WAY |
| All vehicles must be returned to our location. |
| PAYMENT |
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. This location may accept a Cash Deposit or Debit Card at the time of rental. Please call location directly at 330-792-5580 for qualifications. A major credit card in the renters name is required at the time of rental. A major credit card is a card that is supported by a pre-determined line of credit and not a bank account or a pre-paid balance. **We require a $100.00 reservation Fee on all Vans that is NON-REFUNDABLE. The $100.00 will be taken off of the total rental fee when van is returned. |
| RULES |
| Towing is not permitted with U-Save vehicles. |
| SMOKING |
| All Rentals are non -smoking vehicles. We may charge up to a $150.00 fee when a vehicle has been smoked in. |
| TRAVELING TO CANADA |
| Any US Citizen or International Resident can drive a car into Canada. You will need to have proof of citizenship, the U-Save contract and your drivers’ license with you when you cross the border. Please note: Canadian citizens cannot drive a vehicle from the U.S. into Canada. |
| TRAVELING TO MEXICO |
| We do not permit our vehicles to travel to Mexico. |
