| CANCELLATION |

| Collision Damage Waiver which covers damages to the rental vehicle is available for purchase. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Only A major credit card in the renters name is required at the time of rental. A major credit card is a card that is supported by a pre-determined line of credit and not a bank account or a pre-paid balance. You may use a Debit Card, Prepaid card or other form of payment to pay for the final charges when you return. |

| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| DRIVERS LICENSE A valid drivers license is required to rent a vehicle. For international residents, a valid drivers license issued from your country of residence must be presented at the time of rental. If the drivers license is in a language other than English it must be accompanied by an International Drivers Permit. Drivers Licenses must be valid for the entire rental period. |

| GAS |
| GAS All vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel which it was rented with. Should we need to refuel the vehicle it will be at the refueling fee listed on your rental agreement. |
| GEOGRAPHIC |
| GEOGRAPHIC Vehicles cannot be driven into Mexico. Vehicles can be driven in the following states CA, NV and AZ. |
| HONOR RESERVATIONS |
| HONOR RESERVATIONS Reservations will be held for 3 hours beyond time of reservation. Please contact us if your plans are delayed. |
| INSURANCE |
| INSURANCE - Liability coverage (covers damage or injury to 3rd parties, not the rental vehicle) is provided for the vehicles as required by applicable law. In most instances, this will include coverage for the renter or authorized driver up to the minimum financial responsibility limits of the applicable jurisdiction at no additional charge. Liability coverage which is provided may be secondary to any other applicable coverage. This means the renters personal liability insurance is used first and the protection will not apply until the renter or drivers insurance, if any has been exhausted. |
| NO-SHOWS |
