| AGE |
| Renters and additional drivers must be minimum 21yrs of age with valid drivers license and major credit card in own name. Renters between 21 and 24 may be charged an additional $8.00 per day. |
| BUSINESS HOURS |
| Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am Noon. Closed Sunday. After Hours by appointment, call for details. |
| CANCELLATION |
| 24hr advance cancellation prior to pickup time is required to avoid a cancellation charge. |
| CDW |
| CDW - Collision Damage Waiver is available with a $500.00 deductible. If CDW is not purchased the renter will be responsible for the full value of the vehicle. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit cards may be accepted. Call the location for details and qualifications. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| Cash deposits may be accepted. Call the location for details and qualifications. All rentals require the projected rental amount plus a $100.00 deposit. The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the rental and final charges have been calculated. Debit card refunds may take several days for your bank to make the funds available for you to use. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |

| GAS |
| All vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank to avoid refueling charges. |
| GEOGRAPHIC |

| HOLIDAY |
| Location is closed: Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day. For emergency service call 304-257-8540 for availability. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss to others. You agree to provide automobile liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance cover you, us, and the vehicle. |
| NO-SHOWS |
| A one day rental fee will apply to no shows. |
| ONE-WAY |
| This location does not offer one way rentals. |
| PAYMENT |
