| ADDITIONAL DRIVERS |
| There will be a $5.00 charge for each additional driver that you add to your reservation not including spouse or immediate family. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary renter. |
| AFTER HOURS |
| After hours pickups or drops are provided on a per reservation basis. Please call our office to request this service. |
| AGE |
| Renters and additional drivers must be minimum 21yrs of age with a valid drivers license. |
| CANCELLATION |
| 24hr advance cancellation is required to avoid cancellation and/or no-show charges, with the exception of van rentals.** A non-refundable deposit is required to make a van reservation.** |
| CDW |
| CDW - Collision Damage Waiver - $13.95/day for Cars and $15.95/day for Vans. |
| CLEANING |
| There will be a fee for cleaning if the vehicle is returned substantially less clean
than when rented or if the vehicle contains evidence of smoking. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit cards may be accepted - *Must provide one recent utility bill, proof of at least state minimum insurance coverage ,show an Arkansas drivers license and a recent pay check stub. There will be a minimum of 100 dollar deposit plus the projected rental charged to your card at the time of rental. Call location for details and qualifications. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| Cash deposits are not accepted. Upon rental we will obtain an authorization on your credit card in the amount of the projected rental plus 100 dollars. Any unused portion of the deposit will be returned to your credit card. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| Must present a valid drivers license in renters name. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as rented to avoid refueling charges. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide automobile insurance covering you, us and the vehicle. |
| MILEAGE |
| Vehicles are rented with a mileage cap of 200 miles free per day. We are always happy to put together a customized mileage package for customers needing additional miles - please contact us for details. |
| ONE-WAY |
| .We do not do one way rentals. |
| PREPAID DEBIT CARDS |
| We do not accept prepaid cards |
| PREPAID RESERVATIONS |
| Deposits are non-refundable on reservations. |
| RULES |
| TOWING IS NOT PERMITTED WITH U-SAVE VEHICLES. |
| SMOKING |
| Our entire fleet is smoke free. |
| TOLL ROADS AND FEES |
| Renters are responsible for all tolls and traffic violations fees. |
| TRAVELING TO MEXICO |
| We do not allow travel to Mexico. |
