| Renters and additional drivers must be minimum 21 years of age with valid drivers license for cars, trucks, suvs and mini vans. 12 and 15 passenger vans renters and drivers must be minimum 25 yrs of age with a valid drivers license. |
| AIRPORT PICKUP |
| Please call our office at 478-452-4991 concerning Baldwin County Regional Airport rentals. There is a delivery charge of $10.00 in addition to the rental. |

| CANCELLATION |
| Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to pick up date to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation charges are as follows:
$50.00 for cars
$75.00 for trucks and midsize SUVs;
$100.00 for mini vans and 7 passenger SUVs;
$200.00 for 12 and 15 passenger vans |
| CDW |
| We do offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Personal Accident / Personal Effects Protection (PAI) and Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) for an additional cost. If you do not have full coverage insurance or if your comprehensive and collision coverage will not transfer to the rental vehicle you will be required to take the waivers. These waivers cover the vehicle and persons in the vehicle in the event of an accident. These waivers are an additional cost that are not included in the rental rate. | DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit card rentals are accepted - call location for details and to qualify. Debit Card must be in the same name as the renter. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| $200.00 security deposit required for all first time renters. $100.00 security deposit required on all rentals of repeat customers that have rented within the past 12 months. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| All valid drivers licenses are accepted. Out of state drivers licenses require a major credit card to rent. Debit cards are not accepted for renters with out of state license. |

| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel the same as rented to avoid refueling charges. |
| GEOGRAPHIC |
| Vehicles are not permitted to be used off-road. |
| NO-SHOWS |
| No-Shows will be charged $50.00 for Cars, $75.00 for Trucks and mid size SUVs, $100.00 for mini vans and 7 passenger SUVs and $200.00 for 12 and 15 passenger vans. |

| ALL ONLINE RESERVATIONS HAVE TO BE PAID AT THE TIME THE RESERVATIONS IS MADE. AFTER YOU HAVE MADE AN ONLINE RESERVATION YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR OFFICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING THE RESERVATION, PLEASE CONTACT US AT 478-452-4991. |

| Renter is responsible for paying all tolls, parking citations, photo enforcement fees, fines for toll evasion and other fines, fees, and penalties assessed against you, us or the vehicle during the rental period. |
