| After hour drops are permitted to location - please make arrangements at time of rental pickup. |
| AGE |
| Renters and additional drivers must be minimum 21 years of age with valid drivers license, insurance and major credit card in own name. |
| CANCELLATION |
All reservations must be cancelled at least 24hour prior to booked arrival time to avoid a 25.00usd cancellation and/or no-show fee.

| DEBIT CARDS |
| We do not accept debit cards or prepaid debit cards. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid driver license is required. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as rented to avoid refueling charges of 6.00usd/gallon. |
| HOLIDAY |
| Our location is closed for Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide automobile liability,collision and comprehensive insurance covering you ,us and the vehicle. |
| MILEAGE |
| All vehicles are rented with 200 miles free per day. Additional miles are @the rate of .25 per mile. Mileage bundle available at discounted rate upon request. |
| NO-SHOWS |
| All reservations not cancelled at least 24hrs in advance will be considered a no-show and subject to a 25.00usd charge. |
| PAYMENT |
| We accept major credit cards. A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking to hold your vehicle during the holiday season. 24hr advance cancellation is required to avoid a 25.00usd no-show and/or cancellation fee. |
| RULES |
| Towing is not permitted with U-Save vehicles. |
| SMOKING |
| Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. |
| TRAVELING TO MEXICO |
| Travel to Mexico is not allowed. |
