| After hour service may be available- please make arrangements with location at time of rental pickup. |
| AGE |
| The minimum age for renter and additional drivers is 21 years old. Must be 25 years old to rent a 12 or 15 passenger van. |

| CANCELLATION |
| We ask that you cancel your vehicle at least 48 hours in advance through the original booking source so we may have the vehicle available for another customer. We may require a $100.00 reservation deposit on vans. It is NON-REFUNDABLE. The $100.00 will be applied to the total rental fee when van is returned. |

| Collision Damage Waver may be purchased at time of the rental.. |
| CLEANING |

| DEBIT CARDS |
| We may accept Debit Cards or cash deposits at the time of rental. Please contact us for the details and qualifications. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| A deposit of from $150 to $300 may be required on a credit card. This amount will be held until the rental is returned. Once the vehicle has been checked in and it is verified that there is no damage done to the vehicle and the gas has been replaced the deposit will be returned |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid driver’s license is required to rent a vehicle. |
| EMERGENCY INFO |
| In the event of an emergency with the vehicle you are renting, please call 931-455-6066 |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas as when rented to avoid a refueling charge. |
| GEOGRAPHIC |
| Our posted rates are for travel for within the state of Tennessee. A $5.00 per day charge will apply to out of state travel. |
| HOLIDAY |
| Closed for Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4th. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the vehicle. |
| ONE-WAY |
| We do not offer one-way rentals. All vehicles must be returned to our location. |
| PAYMENT |
| We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We may accept Debit Cards or cash deposits at the time of rental. Please contact us for the details and qualifications. |
| PICKUP/DROP |
| We offer a local pick up/drop off service. Please phone us @ 931-455-6066 |
| PREPAID DEBIT CARDS |
| We do not accept pre-paid debit and check cards. |
| RULES |
| Towing is not permitted with U-Save vehicles. |
| SMOKING |
| All Rentals are non-smoking vehicles. If a vehicle has been smoked in or returns excessively dirty, we charge a clean-up fee of up to $350.00 |
| TRAVELING TO CANADA |
| Any U. S. citizen or International resident can drive a car into Canada. You will need a passport, the U-Save contract, and your driver’s license to cross the border. Please note: Canadian citizens cannot drive a vehicle from the U.S. into Canada. |
| TRAVELING TO MEXICO |
| Our location does not permit travel to Mexico. |
