| CANCELLATION |
| 24hour advance cancellation is required to avoid a 1 day rental fee plus taxes. |
| CLEANING |
| All Rentals are non smoking vehicles. We charge a $750 fee when a vehicle has been smoked in or returns excessively dirty.
There will be a minimum charge of $750 for any pet hair in the vehicle. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance are required to rent a vehicle. For international residents, a valid Driver’s License issued from your country of residence is required. International Driver’s Permit. Driver’s Licenses must be valid for the entire rental period. |

| FUEL |
| The vehicle is on full and needs to be returned on full. If Vehicle is not returned on full, we charge an additional fee of $2/gallon over the pump price. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas. Should we have to refuel the vehicle it will be at the rate of $2.00 over gallon price per gallon. |

| INSURANCE |
| Collision Damage Waiver - $20 usd per day and Tire, Wheel, Windshield, Waiver- $10 usd per day. There are exclusions to coverage - subject to the terms of paragraph 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
If you use your own insurance coverage: Your rates may go up if you file an insurance claim. You will have to pay a deductible if you file a comprehensive or collision coverage claim. An insurance deductible is the amount deducted from an insurance claims check. It will likely not pay for diminished value. It will likely pay for the rental company’s loss of use. |

We ask that you cancel your vehicle at least 48 hours in advance through the original booking source so we may have the vehicle available for another customer. If you do cancel an hour before pick up time or you’re a no show, you will be charged one full day. |
