| We allow one additional driver at no charge. Additional drivers must qualify with the same credentials as the renter. |
| AFTER HOURS |
| We offer a key drop for customers who need to return after hours. |
| AGE |
| The minimum age for renter and additional drivers is 21 yrs of age. A daily fee of $10.00 may apply to drivers 21 to 24 years of age. |

| CANCELLATION |
| A cancellation fee may apply. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| We may accept debit cards issued by local banks. Call us for details and qualifications. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid driver’s license is required to rent a vehicle. Expired licenses are not accepted. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas as when rented. Should we have to refuel the vehicle it will be at the rate of $3.99 per gallon. |
| HOLIDAY |
| We are closed for all major holidays. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the vehicle. |
| ONE-WAY |
| We do not offer one-way rentals. All vehicles must be returned to our location. |
| PAYMENT |
| We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We may accept Debit Cards from local residents at the time of rental. A refundable deposit will be held above the total cost of the rental. Call our location prior to rental for details and qualifications. |
| PREPAID DEBIT CARDS |
| We do not accept pre-paid debit and check cards. |
| RULES |
| Towing is not permitted with U-Save vehicles. |
| SMOKING |
| All Rentals are non-smoking vehicles. We charge up to $350.00 fee when a vehicle has been smoked in or returns excessively dirty. |
| TOLL ROADS AND FEES |
| You are responsible for all tolls and fees encored during the rental period. |
| TRAVELING TO MEXICO |
| Our location does not permit travel to Mexico. |
