| AGE |
| All drivers must be 21 years or older |
| AIRPORT PICKUP |
| We do not do airport pick up. If you are flying into the airport you will need to contact a taxi service and arrange a ride to our location. |
| BUSINESS HOURS |
| We are open Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We are closed Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 2:15 PM. |
| CANCELLATION |
| A cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply to all canceled reservations unless otherwise stated by a Dickinson, ND U-Save representative. |
| CDW |
| Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) may be purchased at a price of $15.00 per day for all vehicles. The deductible is $500. Collision Damage Waiver offers coverage for the rental vehicle. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| With the use of a debit card there is a $300 deposit that will be charged at the time of the rental. This deposit will be refunded when vehicle is returned as long as no additional fees are incurred (ex: Vehicle not fulled, damage done to car, smoked in vehicle, etc) |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| Must provide valid drivers license upon rental. |
| EMERGENCY INFO |
| During business hours please call 701-483-7550. For after hour emergencies please contact Bill Pladson at 701-290-0060 if no answer contact East End Towing at 701-225-4206. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles will be full upon rental and must be returned full. If not a charge of $6.00 per gallon will be applied. |
| HOLIDAY |
| Please contact office for holiday hours. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance cover you, us, and the vehicle. |
| MILEAGE |
| You will receive 300 free miles per day and 1800 free miles on week rentals. Every mile after is $0.20 on all rentals. Call 701-483-7550 with questions or special requests. |
| NO-SHOWS |
| We ask that you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance so we can make the vehicle available to other renters. A fee of one days rental will be incurred for all no-shows and will be charged to the credit card used at time of reservation. |
| ONE-WAY |
| We currently do not offer one-way car rentals. |
| PAYMENT |
| Payment for car rental will be taken when vehicle is being picked up. This will include price of rental plus estimated mileage and any additions you add to the rental agreement. If you are paying with a debit card there will be a $300 deposit due which will be refunded when the vehicle is returned as long as there is no damage. |
| PREPAID DEBIT CARDS |
| We do not accept prepaid debit cards. |
| REFUNDS-EARLY RETURNS |
| If a vehicle is returned earlier than expected a refund will be placed after the vehicle has been fully checked in. Vehicles can not be returned on Saturdays or Sundays. |
| RULES |
| Towing is not permitted with U-Save vehicles. |
| SMOKING |
| There is no smoking allowed in any of the vehicles. If we detect the vehicle has been smoked in customer will be subject to a cleaning fee up to $350.00. |
| TRAVELING TO CANADA |
| Travel to Canada is permitted. You will need a passport to cross the border. |
| TRAVELING TO MEXICO |
| Our location does not permit travel to Mexico. |
