| ADDITIONAL DRIVERS |
| There will be a fee of $5 per day for an additional driver. |
| AFTER HOURS |
| We do not allow any after hours drop offs or pick ups. |
| AGE |
| If the customer is between the ages of 21-24, there is an underage driver fee of $5 per day. |
| BUSINESS HOURS |
| We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. |
| CANCELLATION |
| We do not charge a cancellation fee at this time. However, we do ask that you cancel your reservation as soon as possible. |
| CDW |
| We offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for $10 per day. In the event of an accident, the CDW will waive responsibility for any damages to the vehicle. If the customer does not purchase the CDW, they will be responsible for any repairs made up to the full price of the vehicle. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| All customers must be prepared to pay a $200 security deposit in addition to the price of the rental. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of return, provided there is no damage to the vehicle and the fuel level is the same as it was at pickup. |
| DIRECTIONS |
| We are located at 205 N Earl Rudder Frwy, Bryan Tx 77802. Our office is located in the Sterling Auto Group service department. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid drivers license must be provided at time of pickup. An expired license or a license that will expire during the rental period will not be accepted. |
| GAS |
| We ask that the customer return the vehicle with the same fuel level at which is was received. If the fuel level is below what it was at pickup, the customer will be charged $3.75 per gallon. |
| HOLIDAY |
| We will be closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If the customer needs a rental vehicle during these days, please make arrangements ahead of time. |
| MILEAGE |
| All vehicles have a mileage limit of 300 miles per day, unless other otherwise discussed with the rental agent. If the customer drives anything over the specified mileage limit, they will be charged an additional $0.20 per mile. |
| PAYMENT |
| All rentals must be paid in advance as well as a minimum $200 deposit. If the customer is between the ages of 21-24, they must have a major credit card in order to rent a vehicle. Over the age of 25 may pay with cash, but the customer will need to fill out an additional Renter Information Card, as well as bring a recent paycheck stub and utility bill. The $200 deposit will be refunded at return of the vehicle. |
| PREPAID DEBIT CARDS |
| Prepaid debit or credit cards absolutely will not be accepted as a form of payment or as a security deposit. Any debit or credit card must be in the name of the person renting the vehicle. |
| RESERVATION HOLD TIME |
| If the customer is going to be late in picking up the vehicle, we ask that the customer contact us as soon as possible. If the customer is more than 3 hours late and has not contacted us they will be charged for one full day. |
| RULES |
| TOWING IS NOT PERMITTED WITH U-SAVE VEHICLES. |
| SHUTTLE |
| If the customer needs to be picked up, please contact us in advance and we will make arrangements. |
| SMOKING |
| All U-Save vehicles are non-smoking. If there is evidence a vehicle has been smoked in, the customer will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. |
| TRAVELING TO CANADA |
| U-Save vehicles are for use in the continental U.S. only. Travel to Canada or Mexico is prohibited and will be subject to additional mileage fees. |
