These signs will guide you to the Miami Mover Train which delivers all car rental customers from the airport to the rental car facility. Once off the train, you will enter the rental car center-please walk to the left and look for the sign that reads-off airport rental car shuttles-. Proceed past that sign to the next sign that also indicates-off airport rental car shuttles-then proceed outside to the left where you will board the U-Save Car and Truck Rental shuttle stop door 1 or 2 for a short ride of 3 to 5 minutes. The U-Save Car and Truck Rental shuttle runs 12 hours a day. | | BUSINESS HOURS | | Business hours is from 6 AM to 12 AM. | | CANCELLATION | | After 60-minute of your pick-up time, we reserve the right to honor the reservations or cancel the reservation. Only reservations completed on the usave.com website or directly with U-Save via phone or reservations department can be cancelled through U-Save. CDW coverage exclude tire repairs and window glasses. | | DEPOSIT RULES | | A client who pays with a debit card and buys the insurance with U-SAVE MIAMI is a 250 deposit, if he/she does not buy the insurance with U-SAVE MIAMI they are required a $500.00 deposit as a payment. If a client takes the insurance of Expedia, Car Rentals, Kayak, then the security of the deposit is $500 if he takes our insurance it is $250.00 If the client takes our insurance and unlimited tolls per day, the authorization deposit is $150.00. In case of an accident, the deposit will be held until insurance pays U-Save in full for the damages of the vehicle. | | DIRECTIONS | | 3975 NW 25TH Street Miami, FL 33142 | | GEOGRAPHIC | | Travel outside of Florida may be permitted with permission from the location at time of rental. An out of state fee of $300 per rental will apply. | | INSURANCE | | At the time of pickup, the customer MUST present a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and must present a credit card in the renters name for the required rental deposit. It is required full coverage; a minimum of $400,000 with liability coverage for domestic and international renters. Local renters are defined as anyone living within a 65 mile radius of the renting location regardless of driver license state of issuance. Local Renters will receive 150 miles per day and $.29 per mile extra. Local Renters MUST provide valid proof of transferable full coverage to a rental vehicle. Local Renters MUST have a liability insurance with a minimum of $500,000 coverage. Otherwise you must purchase collision coverage and supplemental liability insurance at the rental counter. The State of Florida requires that all drivers carry proof of insurance with them at all times. Local Renter MUST leave a security deposit in the amount of a minimum of $500 and will be applied in addition to the rental charges at the time of rental vehicle.
For All Third Party insurance coverage, renters are responsible, if in case of an accident, to pay $2000 deductible for minor damages, and $5000 for major damages or total losses. This is refundable at the time of the third party insurance pays to U-Save full amount of damages.
Third Party Liability Claims: Unless otherwise required by applicable law, a renter and/or any additional authorized driver (and the respective insurance company of each) is primarily responsible for all third party claims of personal injury, including death, and property damage caused or arising from the use and operation of the U-SAVE MIAMI vehicle during the rental. You agree to indemnify and hold U-SAVE MIAMI harmless from and against, and will defend U-SAVE MIAMI against all loss, liability or damages whatsoever arising out of the use or operation of the vehicle during the rental, plus costs and attorneys’ fees. (To the extent U-SAVE MIAMI is required to provide coverage, in spite of the terms of the rental agreement, it shall only be in an amount necessary to satisfy the minimum financial responsibility limits required by applicable law.) | | LOCAL RENTERS | | Local Renters will receive 150 miles per day and $.29 per mile extra.
