These signs will guide you to the Miami Mover Train which delivers all car rental customers from the airport to the rental car facility. Once off the train, you will enter the rental car center-please walk to the left and look for the sign that reads-off airport rental car shuttles-. Proceed past that sign to the next sign that also indicates-off airport rental car shuttles-then proceed outside to the left where you will board the U-Save Car and Truck Rental shuttle stop door 1 or 2 for a short ride of 3 to 5 minutes. Our shuttle from 10:00 AM TO 10:00 PM everyday of the week. | BUSINESS HOURS | Open 7AM-10PM | CANCELLATION | After 3hrs of your pick-up time, we reserve the right to honor the reservations or cancel the reservation. All reservations must be cancelled 48hrs prior to booked arrival time to avoid a $45usd cancellation and/or no-show fee.
You can cancel your U-Save.com reservation via customer service at the numbers and/or email form listed on the U-Save website Contact Us page.
Only reservations completed on the usave.com website or directly with U-Save via phone or reservations department can be cancelled through U-Save. All 3rd party reservations must be cancelled at their original source of booking. | CDW | Collision Damage Waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount. *We only accept valid proof insurance from the top 10 insurance providers: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, GEICO, Progressive, USAA, Farmers, AllStates, Esurance*. Payment will be refunded, if in case, his/her insurance coverage pays, payment will be refunded to the customer. All 15-passenger van requires a commercial insurance for US Dollar $55.00 a day. CDW coverage exclude tire repairs, window glasses, and towing transportation. Renters MUST have a liability insurance with a minimum of $300,000 coverage. Otherwise, you must purchase collision coverage and supplemental liability insurance at the rental counter. | CLEANING | You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was in when you received it. The Supplier will charge you at their own rates for any excessive staining/soiling and/or for both internal and external damage (including strong smells). You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon pick-up/drop-off and for the cost of any new damage found at the end of your rental period.
If the vehicle requires more than the Supplier`s usual cleaning, you will be subject to a special cleaning fee of USD 350.00 minimum.
Please check with the Supplier at the time of vehicle pick-up for details on how to report damage, collisions, theft, vehicle confiscation, impounding, etc. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in your insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rental vehicle. A penalty fee will be charged for an odor removal service if you smoke in the vehicle.
Transporting animals in the rental vehicle is not allowed. Animals may only be transported in the rental vehicle if contained.
The penalty fee is USD 400.00 minimum. | DEBIT CARDS | Debit and/or prepaid cards may be accepted for rental - please call location to verify. Security deposit charge of 2000usd will be required and will be refunded after completion of rental, usually within 20 business days. A debit transaction fee may be charged. In case of an accident, the security deposit will be used to cover the deductibles of third-party insurance coverage and damages covered with insurance policies that required the customer to pay first to get reimbursed. | DEPOSIT RULES | If you provide your own insurance, the Security deposit would be of $2,000. If you buy our CDW Deductibles or SLI, your security deposit is $250. | DIRECTIONS | 3975 NW 25TH Street Miami, FL 33142. | DRIVERS LICENSE | Required Documents You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driver`s License and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driver`s License has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.
An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driver`s License if the National Driver`s License you or any of the Additional Driver’s hold is not clearly identifiable as a Driver`s License, e.g., it is in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Japanese).
You must also present:
• Passport
• Identification card of your country of residence
You must provide additional proof of your home address in the form of, for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement if you are a local renter.
The address on the items used as proof must be the same as the address on your Driving Licence.
You must present a credit card when picking up your rental vehicle.
**Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driver`s License is valid in your intended rental country and for your intended type of rental vehicle, and that you have the correct immigration documents. The same applies if you`re planning to visit other countries in the rental vehicle. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly | EARLY RETURN | You are not entitled to a refund if you return the vehicle early. | EQUIPMENT | SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

SIMCARD Full Internet - $50.00 one time . | FUEL | Same to Same - You will pick up the car with a fixed amount of fuel in the tank and you should also return the car with the same amount of fuel. Additional charges may apply if you return the car with less fuel in the tank.
Prepaid Gas Cars - $55.00 one time
Prepaid Gas SUV - $75.00 one time | GEOGRAPHIC | It is not permissible to exit the State of Florida with the rental. An out of state fee of $2,000 per rental will apply. | HONOR RESERVATIONS | We will hold a reservation for 3hr. After 3hrs, we may reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Unlimited mileage rates require proof of round trip ticket with a current boarding pass. See Local Renter policy for local renter requirements. | INSURANCE | *Insurance Coverage*
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included.
In order to use the renter`s own insurance, he/she must provide proof of TPL and CDW coverage in his/her own name, issued by one of the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, Infinity, Progressive, USAA, Nationwide, e-surance, Farmers.
Insurance is accepted only if issued in the following country(ies): USA.
Renters must provide proof of their own insurance. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, Insurance, that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date, insurance declaration page, that matches with the home address on the driving license, Bodily Injury and *Property Damage liability with not less than 300,000 USD limit.*
If you provide your own insurance, you will be charged an administrative fee of USD 14.99 per day.
If using their own insurance, renters must provide an insurance ID card with the exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license. Insurance from outside the US is not accepted. Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional charge (see counter) | LOCAL RENTERS | Local Renters will receive 100 miles per day for 7-days and $.25 per mile extra.
Local Renters MUST have a liability insurance with a minimum of $300,000 coverage. Otherwise, you must purchase supplemental liability insurance at the rental counter. The State of Florida requires that all drivers carry proof of insurance with them at all times. Local Renter MUST leave a security deposit charge from $500 to $2000.00 with a MAJOR credit card, debit and/or prepaid card. A current utility statement in the renter’s name and the same address as on the Driver’s License, for example, gas, electric, cable, etc. must be presented for address verification. | MILEAGE | Extra mileage is charged at USD 0.25 per mile. Extra mileage charges only apply if mileage is limited.
• Special mileage limits may apply to local renters.
• Please contact us directly for details or inquire from the Supplier when you pick up your rental vehicle.

• 100 miles per day
• 3000 miles per rental
All residents of the rental state are considered local renters.
You must present a same-day boarding pass proving that you have landed at the airport where you are renting to qualify for unlimited mileage. *The Supplier offers limited roadside assistance. Please check for details when picking up the vehicle. The Supplier has the right not to provide a replacement vehicle depending on the circumstances.

Coverage Exclusions
If you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use the rental vehicle in any other negligent or reckless way, or break the conditions set out in the Rental Agreement, all applicable insurance covers, waivers, etc., will be deemed void and you will be fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle, as well as loss of use and any other related costs.
Only authorized drivers registered on the Rental Agreement are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Damage caused by unauthorized drivers is not covered.
Please note that the standard coverage products, if any are included in the rate or purchased, do not cover accessories, such as tires, windshields, locks, wheel caps, etc. Damage to the roof and to the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by standard coverage. Damage to the following items is not covered:
• engine
• sump
• catalytic converter
• radiator
• clutch
• interior
An empty battery is not covered.
Lost keys are not covered by standard coverage.
Taxi transfer after an accident is not covered.
You are not allowed to drive the rental vehicle off-road.
Running out of fuel is not covered. Towing fees are not covered. You are responsible for towing expenses. The Supplier is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle after the end of the rental or in case of theft.
Lost, Damaged and Stolen Items
You are responsible if the key(s) are lost or damaged and due to pay a penalty fee to the Supplier of the vehicle.
Please keep in mind that if you do not return the keys to the Supplier when the car is stolen, your insurance is deemed void and you might be held responsible for the full value of the vehicle.
It is important to keep an eye on the keys as it is impossible to steal some newer models without them. In order not to direct any potential thieves to the details of your rental vehicle, it is highly recommended that you take all rental tags off the key(s) and keep them in the glove box until returning the car. Let it be noted that key(s) refer to all types of keys and key-cards.
By renting a vehicle from U-Save Car and Truck Rental affiliates, you hereby agree that any and all disputes and controversies arising out of your reservations and your rental of the vehicle shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. In the event of an accident the customer must return the vehicle along with a police report and a claim number (the customer must initiate the claim through their insurance, if the customer opted to use their own insurance). If the customer does not provide a police report, all insurances purchased will be considered null and void. | OVERSTAY | Extensions: U-Save offers a 59-minute grace period when returning a vehicle. If you return more than 59 minutes late, the rate will increase by USD/25.00 per day each day the vehicle is kept beyond the return date at the time of rental. If you need to keep the car longer than originally scheduled, you need to request a rental extension. Rental Extensions can be processed from our customer service line support number. Rental Extensions will result in a USD/25.00 per day rate increase. A renter that has a current rental with U-Save cannot make a new reservation, unless customer request an extension. We allow up to two-extensions for the same renter. After the two-extensions, renter must wait 6-months to rent again with U-Save. | PAYMENT | We do accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover. No other cards accepted. NO AMEX. Daily Rental rates are based on a 24 hour "rental day" starting at the time of rental. The minimum charge is one day, plus mileage, if applicable. | PREPAID RESERVATIONS | Prepaid rates are rates that are offered at a low price because the customer pays in advance for a non-refundable reservation. Prepaid rates are non-refundable and reservations may not be modified. | REFUNDS-EARLY RETURNS | No early return refunds are allowed. The quoted rate is valid only for the requested vehicle class for the requested dates and times. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate. Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees. The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. | RESERVATION HOLD TIME | Reservations will be held for 3hrs from the pick-up time. Debit Fee per day at $9.99. | TOLL ROADS AND FEES | Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all parking, traffic fines and toll fees / road tax (if not specified otherwise) incurred during the rental period. All our vehicles are registered under our corporate SunPass account, customers cannot use theirown SunPasstransponder or remove ours, a penalty of 250.00 USD will be assessed to rental agreement in case of removal. Prepaid Sunpass is an all-inclusive service that includes all tolls in Florida. The customer is responsible for the payment of all tolls incurred during the rental period. For the customer convenience we can offer an all-inclusive payment service whereby all toll charges and related fees incurred during the rental period are set forth and covered by a daily Sunpass all-inclusive rate. Option 1: Prepaid Sunpass… 14.99 USD per day plus Tax … This covers you for all toll charges. Option 2: Decline Sunpass…. In this option, if the customer declines the Sunpass they must avoid any toll roads. If sunpass is used without prepayment a penalty of 25.00 USD per toll plus tolls cost will be applied (up to 250.00 USD) |
