U-Save Miami location is 3975 NW 25th ST, Miami, FL 33142. Please take the train to get to the Rental Car Center where customers will be picked up. The Rental Car Center is at the Floor 4, Door 1 or 2 at the Shuttle Bus Area.|After midnight hours, please give us a call directly to our office at 305-526-8094 for pick-up at the car rental center. Once at the pickup area, call us Toll Free 305-526-8094.

We ask that you cancel your vehicle at least 72 hours in advance so we may have the vehicle available for another customer.
If a credit card is required to reserve a vehicle there will be a cancellation or no show fee equal to US Dollar $49.99 if not canceled 72 hours in advance.

Florida Residents who come to rent the vehicle but decide to cancel the reservation due to not agreeing with the terms and conditions of the policy will be charged a cancellation fee for $49.99.

***Reservation Hold Time*** Reservations will be held for 1hr past booked arrival time. After 1hr, reservations will be considered a no-show, and will be charged the 49.99usd no-show fee.
CDW
DAMAGE TO, LOSS OR THEFT OF, VEHICLE AND RELATED COSTS Renter accepts responsibility for damage to, loss or theft of, vehicle or any part or accessory regardless of fault or negligence of renter, AAR or any other person, or by act of God. Renter shall pay Company the amount necessary to repair vehicle. If vehicle is stolen and not recovered, or Company determines vehicle is salvage, Renter and/or AAA shall pay Company the fair market value less any sale proceeds. For purposes of this Agreement, Fair Market Value shall be the retail value of vehicle imme diately preceding the loss. Damages for which Renter and/or AAA are also responsible include but are not limited to: loss of use, claim administrative fees, diminishment of value, towing, storage or impound fees, and other costs incurred by Company to recover vehicle and to establish damages. Renter and/ or AAR shall not have vehicle repaired without written consent of Company. If vehicle is returned during non-nusiness hours, or to any place other than the agreed upon destination, any damage to, or loss or theft of, vehicle occurring prior to an employee of Company checking vehicle, is Renter and/or AAR`s responsibility. Any and all damage to the vehicle shall be immediately reported to applicable law enforcement agency by Renter and/or AAA. Renter and/or AAA shall also immediately report in writing to the office where the vehicle was rented, no later than 24 hours after the damage, loss or theft of the vehicle. Rental and AAR shall fully cooperate with law enforcement and Company during all aspects of any investigation of the damage, loss or theft. Renter and AAR understand and agree that failure to immediately report any such damage, loss or theft as required above, or failure to cooperate will prejudice Company and result in CDW being voided at Company`s sole discretion. Any and all damage to the vehicle shall be immediately reported to applicable law enforcement agency by Renter and/or AAA. Renter and/or AAA shall also immediately report in writing to the office where the vehicle was rented, no later than 24 hours after the damage, loss or theft of the vehicle. Rental and AAR shall fully cooperate with law enforcement and Company during all aspects of any investigation of the damage, loss or theft. LOCALS/RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED A MINIMUM OF $450 SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH ANY INSURANCE OR A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $250 ONLY WITH PURCHASE OF CDW+SLI(FULL COVERAGE). A MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IN THE RENTERS OWN NAME MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP. THE HOLD WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE RENTAL WHEN FINAL CHARGES ARE SETTLED. FUNDS CHARGED AGAINST A DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE USE. U-SAVE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED CHECKS, INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHARGES OR BANK FEES RELATED TO THIS PROCESS.

In that event that our vehicle has to be picked up at a different location than U-Save Miami Airport, customer will incur all the necessary arrangements and transportation costs to bring the vehicle and its driver back to our location.
INSURANCE
Florida residents can use their own personal full-coverage insurance with a minimum coverage of $1M. RENTERS MUST SHOW THE POLICY CARD INSURANCE AT THE COUNTER TO COVER VEHICLE WITH CUSTOMER`S PERSONAL INSURANCE. Proof of FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE (collision and liability) that will transfer to the Rental Unit MUST be provided at the time of rental. Otherwise Renter MUST purchase Collision Coverage and Supplemental Liability Insurance at the time of Rental. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT PURCHASE OUR INSURANCE COVERAGE, IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT, CUSTOMER WOULD PAY THE DAMAGE. Payment will be refunded, if in case, his/her insurance coverage pays, payment will be refunded to the customer. All 15-passenger van requires a commercial insurance for US Dollar $55.00 a day. ***INSURANCE*** LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW. RENTERS MUST HAVE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE IN THE RENTERS NAME AT TIME OF RENTAL. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT A VEHICLE WITHOUT PROOF OF US LIABILITY INSURANCE. INTERNATIONAL- CANADIAN OR OTHER POLICIES ISSUED OUTSIDE OF THE US ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF US LIABILITY COVERAGE. LIABILITY INSURANCE MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE COUNTER, BUT IS ONLY ONE METHOD OF SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENT FOR PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE. IT IS OFFERED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND NOT AS A REQUIRED METHOD OF ESTABLISHING PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE.

All renters with a Florida drivers license will be allowed 100 mile free per day, 450 miles free per week. Any excess miles will be charged at .49usd/mile.
**Unlimited mileage does not apply for Florida residents.** WE DO NOT TAKE DEBIT CARDS FOR FLORIDA RESIDENTS. A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IS MANDATORY. Florida Residents will have a deductible for US Dollar $1000. when purchase our insurance for collision damage waiver. Security deposit is US Dollar $1000.

RENTER WHO TAKES THE RENTAL VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE STATE OF FLORIDA WILL BE CHARGED A $ 300.00 OUT OF STATE FEE PLUS A MILEAGE CHARGE OF $0.49 CENTS PER MILE. WE DO NOT TAKE DEBIT CARDS FOR FLORIDA RESIDENTS. A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IS MANDATORY. NON FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE HOLDERS ARE ENTITLED TO UNLIMITED MILEAGE WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS
Suggested for customers needing primary state limits of liability. Primary insurance protecting you against claims made by third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained while operating the rental vehicle, up to the required financial responsibility limits of the state in which the vehicle is rented. RLP does not cover all situations that may arise while operating a rental vehicle. Cost - USD/12.99 per rental day. The renter is financially responsible for all damages not covered under the liability policy including, but not limited to the U-Save rental vehicles full value.
OTHER
Airport privilege fee of 3.45 PER RENTAL DAY. NO EARLY RETURN REFUNDS ALLOWED.

Pre-paid credit and/or debit cards are not accepted.
PICKUP/DROP
During REGULAR business hours, we will pick you up at a set time from the address requested. If the address is more than 10 miles from our location, a pick up fee may be assessed.
PREPAID RESERVATIONS

Prepaid rates are subject to availability for participating car rental companies and locations. Charges cannot be applied to other rentals, services or merchandise. No rental car rates or rental car availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. ********Cancellation********* If you cancel for any reason your payment is non-refundable. If you modify this reservation, or fail to pick-up your rental car on the scheduled pick-up date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any refund or credit. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations without notice if it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains, or resulted from a mistake or error.

RESERVATION HOLD TIME
RESERVATIONS WILL BE HOLD AFTER 1 HOUR, AFTER 1 HOUR THE RESERVATION WILL BE EXPIRED AND CONSEQUENTLY WILL BE CANCELLED. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation after a no-show within one hour from the reserved pick up time.

TAXES AND FEES
There is a handling fee for 3%.
TOLL ROADS AND FEES
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: To avoid toll changes and fees pay cash for tolls where available and avoid travel on facilities with cashless tolling. If you choose to decline you will be charged $14.99 PER TOLL for administration fee plus the cost of each toll occurrence at the highest posted rates and any additional charges, such as PARKING TICKETS, RED LIGH CAMERAS, TOWINGS, CAR DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES STIPULATED ON THE COMPANY’S POLICIES. Parking Violations tickets is for $45.00.
