| DEPOSIT RULES |
| All rentals require an authorization (temporary hold) of $250 on a major credit card. This amount will be held until the rental is returned. Once the vehicle has been checked in and it is verified that there is no damage done to the vehicle and the gas replaced, vehicle is free of pet hair and sand the authorization will be released.

| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| All renters must be 25 years or older, with a valid drivers license. For International residents, a valid drivers license issued from your country of residence must be in English, and it must be accompanied by an International Drivers Permit. Drivers licenses must be valid for the entire rental period. |
| EMERGENCY INFO |
| For after hours assistance, please see the information card located in the glove compartment of the vehicle. |
| FUEL |
| Use only approved fuel for vehicle. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel, the same as rented, to avoid refueling charges. |
| GEOGRAPHIC |
| Vehicles are not permitted to be used off-road. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damages or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide automobile liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us and the vehicle. |
| MILEAGE |
| First 400 miles per day are free. Mileage over 400 miles per day, will incur a .20 cents per mile fee. Rollover miles are allowed. |
| ONE-WAY |
| No one-ways allowed. All vehicles must be returned to our location. |
| OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS |
| Optional Protection Products - We offer 4 optional coverage products for an additional charge. Renter`s Collision Protection (RCP), Personal Accident Insurance / Personal Effects Coverage (PAI) / (PEC), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), and a Tire and Windshield Waiver (TWW). Pricing and coverage information for each product is available for review at the time of rental. |
