| ADDITIONAL DRIVERS |
| Each additional driver other than renter is $10/per person/per day and must meet the same requirements as the primary renter. Exceptions of the daily additional driver cost are married couples and significant others of primary renter. |
| AFTER HOURS |
| All after hour operations including drop off and pick ups will need prior authorization from owner. |
| AGE |
| Renters must be 25 years of age with valid drivers license. All drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 require valid drivers license with an additional cost of $20.00 per day. |
| BUSINESS HOURS |
| Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

| CANCELLATION |
| 24 hour cancellation required prior to date and time of pick-up. If not cancelled within 24 hours, one day rental cost of the vehicle you reserved will be billed. |
| CDW |
| CDW available on all vehicles. This is a mandatory charge if proof of renter`s insurance covering rental vehicle is not provided at time of pick-up. CDW cost varies according to vehicle class rented. |
| CLEANING |
| Cleaning fee will be charged if vehicle is not returned in the same condition from the initial time of rental pickup. Charges will vary according to cleaning assessment by detailing personnel. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit card payments are accepted. $250 deposit required prior to pick-up |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| Deposit of $250 on rentals paying with cash, debit, or check. For all credit card payments, we require authorized hold of $250 of funds until rental is returned in same condition as initial rental. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| Must have valid drivers license |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as rented to avoid refueling charge of $4.15/gallon. |
| OTHER |
| QUALIFICATIONS-

| PAYMENT |
| All forms of payment accepted. Credit card required at time of booking online reservations. |
| RULES |
| In order to guarantee a specific reservation, a one day payment which goes toward your balance for the reservation must be paid to confirm the rental reservation. This hold fee is refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours. We have the right to turn down a reservation is qualification requirements are not provided by the renter at the time of pickup. |
| SMOKING |
| NO SMOKING IN VEHICLES. $100 charge for any vehicle returned that has been smoked in by a renter or passengers of rental vehicles. |
