| Each additional driver other than renter is $10/per person/per day and must meet the same requirements as the primary renter. Exceptions of the daily additional driver cost are married couples and significant others of primary renter. |

| AGE |
| Renters must be minimum 25 yrs of age with valid drivers license and major credit card or debit card in own name. |
| BUSINESS HOURS |

| CANCELLATION |
| 24hr advance cancellation required to avoid a 1 day rental fee. |
| CDW |
| Collision Damage Waver may be purchased by the renter. CDW is offered at the time of rental and ranges in price from $16.95- $25.95 per day. If renter accepts CDW, U-Save Car and Truck Rental waives or reduces renters responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the rental vehicle. Towing, storage, loss of use administrative fees, and diminishment of value are also waived. CDW is not insurance. U-Save is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing insurance coverage, the renter should examine existing coverage. |
| CLEANING |
| There will be a fee for cleaning if the vehicle is returned substantially less clean than when rented. All Usave vehicles are non-smoking and a fee of $250 will be charged for vehicles that have been smoked in. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit Cards are accepted for renters over the age of 25 with proof of residency or employment. See Deposit section for additional information. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| WE REQUIRE A $250.00 DEPOSIT on all credit and debit card rentals. If using a Debit card; a utility bill or pay stub is required. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid drivers license must be presented at the time of rental in the renters name and match the name on the credit or debit card supplied for payment. |
| GAS |
| ALL VEHICLES GO OUT FULL AND MUST RETURN FULL. A $5.00 PER GALLON FEE WILL APPLY FOR CARS RETURNED LESS THAN FULL. |
