| AGE |
| Renters and additional drivers must be min 21yrs of age. Drivers 21-24 years of age are subject to a 25usd/day surcharge. Maximum age of renters is 75yrs. |
| AIRPORT PICKUP |

| CANCELLATION |
| 24hr advance cancellation required to avoid a cancellation/no-show fee of 50% of booked price or 1 day rental charge, whichever is greater.
All reservations must be cancelled directly on the site where booked. |
| CDW |
| CDW is available at time of rental ....
on cars - 14usd/day, on suvs/vans - 18usd/day with $1,000 deductible and then 15%.
***if cdw of not taken, at time of rental, a deposit of $1500-$5,000 USD,will be required depend of type of vehicle.
**Foreign insurance policies, such as ones purchased on 3rd party sites, are not accepted as valid proof of coverage. Only policies purchased at counter are accepted. |
| CROSS BORDER |
| Vehicles are only allowed to be driven with the Dominican Republic. Travel into Haiti is not permitted. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| A deposit is required at time of rental for all vehicles.
If proof of Liability coverage and CDW are provided or purchased at time of rental, the deposit amount will be $200usd.
***If CDW and Liability coverage are not provided or purchased at time of rental, a deposit amount of $1500usd will be required to rent the vehicle. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| All drivers must have a valid drivers license. |
| EQUIPMENT |
| Child seats - 7usd/day
Infant seats - 7usd/day
WIFI - 7usd/day
*All optional equipment is on a request basis only. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as rented to avoid a refueling charge.
A Prepaid Fuel option is available at time of rental. |
| PAYMENT |
| All reservation require a credit card at time of booking in the renters name.
The deposit and rental charges will be held on the credit card for the rental period.
We do accept cash or debit cards for payment of rental only on rental return.
We require all reservations to be cancelled prior to arrival if they will not be used. |
| RULES |
| Proof of both Liability and CDW coverage is required at time of rental. If you do not have coverages that are valid for the Dominican Republic, and do not purchase both at time of rental, the required deposit will be $1500 plus the rental costs. The deposit is reduced to $200usd if you provide proof of Liability and CDW coverages, or purchase them at time of rental pickup. **Foreign insurance policies are not accepted as proof of coverage. Only coverage purchased in the Dominican Republic are accepted as valid proof of DR coverage.*
Cash and Debit cards are only accepted for payment of rental upon rental return.
Vehicles are not permitted to travel within Haiti.
