| All reservations must be cancelled 48hrs prior to arrival to avoid a 1 day rental charge. |

| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit cards and cash rentals are not accepted. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| A 500usd deposit will be held on the credit card at time of rental pickup, in addition to the rental charges.
A 1000usd deposit is required for Local Renters - any customer with a FL drivers license. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| All valid drivers licenses are accepted. |
| EQUIPMENT |
| Child seats - 14.99usd/day
GPS - 10.99usd/day
IPad with data - 14.99usd/day

| FUEL |
| All vehicles are provided with a full tank of gas, and must be returned full to avoid a refueling charge of 7.99usd/gallon.
Prepaid fuel options are available at time of rental. |
| INSURANCE |
| Proof of full coverage insurance is required at the time of pickup. If electing to self insure mobile app or ID card will suffice. |
| LOCAL RENTERS |
| **Renters with a Florida drivers license are limited to 100m/day and are exempt from premium vehicle rentals.
Local renters will require a $1000usd deposit. |
| MILEAGE |
| Unlimited mileage is offered within the state of Florida.

| RESERVATION HOLD TIME |
| Your reservation will be held for you for a period of 2 hours after the booked pick-up time. If you are likely to be late, we advise that you contact the local car hire branch directly. Reservations not picked up within the 2 hour grace period is subject to a cancellation and flagged as a no-show.
When returning your rental, a grace period of 1 hour between the agreed drop-off time and the actual time the vehicle is returned to the car hire branch will be applied. After this period has lapsed, an additional rental day may be charged. |

| TOLL ROADS AND FEES |
| If the renter receives any tolls, parking, red light etc. they will be held responsible to pay the violation plus a $29 admin fee for EACH violation incurred during the time of rental. U-Save will charge the renter`s debit/card on file before contacting the renter. All copies of the violations may be sent upon request of the renter. This is also list in section 10 of the U-Save rental jacket. |
