| AFTER HOURS |
| After hour pickups and after hour drops are permitted or a fee.
Office hours are from 08.00 am till 08:00 pm, out of office hours charge is €50.00 Including VAT.
From 01:30am and 04:00 am the Out of Office Fee is €75.00 including VAT. |
| AGE |
| Renters and additional drivers must be min 21yrs of age to a maximum of 75yrs.
**Drivers Under 21 and Drivers Older than 75 will NOT be allowed to rent a vehicle and will not be provided with a vehicle.**
Underage drivers fee - 21-24yrs of age - €25/day - Maximum up to 14 days per Contract, maximum charge per contract €350.00.
Senior Drivers Fee - 71-75yrs - €25.00 per day Maximum up to 14 days per Contract, maximum charge €350.00 per contract.
Drivers’ license requirements: The renter must hold a valid European or International Driving License, issued not less than one year before date of rental. **The rental Car will not be provided to renters without a valid European or International Driving License.**
When collecting a car from our car rental supplier the principal driver and any additional drivers shall need to provide a full driving license in their name.
UK Driving License is valid in Malta till 31.12.2021. |

48hr advance cancellation is required.
All cancellations should be made online through the website where you booked. Cancelling, Amending your booking or cancelling optional extras may not be possible less than 48 hours before pick up.
Cancellations at the pickup due to refusal of Customer to rent at pickup time refusal to hand in deposit, non-valid driving license, renter under the influence of alcohol, etc., will be charged with the amount of €45.00 Inc. VAT |

| CDW is mandatory and is included in the rates. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |

€1,300 – €2,700 (Pre-Auth deposit/Excess) depending on car group. When purchasing the Super Smart Cover Insurance, the Pre Auth/ deposit is €300. |

| Baby Seat / Booster / Car Seat - must be filled by the parent or guardian.
€10.00 p/d Incl Vat - Maximum €140 per rental.
GPS €10.00 p/d Inc Vat Maximum €140.00 per rental. |
| GAS |
| The car shall be returned with the same amount of fuel with which it had at the pickup time, otherwise a refueling charge shall be applied.
Rate for missing fuel shall be that of €2.50 per liter.
There shall also be applied a refueling administration fee of €50.00 Incl VAT.
Any unused fuel is not refundable.
Fuel cost per liter is higher at the rental desk. Fuel is not included in the rates and it is payable at the rental desk. Wrong refueling charges shall be applicable according to the car category. |
| GEOGRAPHIC |
| Transportation between the Maltese islands is allowed.
In the case of Breakdown on the island of Gozo the fee is €177.00.
Cross Bordering travel is not allowed. |
| HOLIDAY |
| A 25eur charge will apply for reservations picked up on a public holiday. |
| INSURANCE |
| Proof of liability insurance is required at time of rental. If the customer does not have proof of coverage, this must be purchased at the counter in order to rent the vehicle. |
| OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS |
| All optional products are up to a maximum of 14days per contract - maximum charge of €140 per contract.

Undercarriage Insurance - €10.00 Incl VAT per day
Windscreen Insurance - €10.00 Incl VAT per day

| PAYMENT |
| Credit card guarantee is required at time of booking.
All major credit cards are accepted. The main driver is always required to hold a valid credit card held in his name.
Cash rentals are not permitted.
We do not accept any debit, prepaid cards, and no e-money cards (ex. Revolut)
