We require a $100.00 reservation Fee on all Vans that is NON-REFUNDABLE. |
| CDW |
| Collision Damage Waver may be purchased by the renter. CDW is offered at the time of rental and ranges in price from $12.95- $18.95 per day. If renter accepts CDW, U-Save Car and Truck Rental waives or reduces renters responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the rental vehicle. Towing, storage, loss of use administrative fees, and diminishment of value are also waived. CDW is not insurance. U-Save is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing insurance coverage, the renter should examine existing coverage. When Packaged

| DEBIT CARDS |
| We may accept debit cards from qualified local renters. Call the office for requirements. Pre-paid debit or credit cards are not accepted. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| All rentals require a deposit of $250 on a credit card. This amount will be held until the rental is returned. Once the vehicle has been checked in and it is verified that there is no damage done to the vehicle and the gas replaced the refund will be made to the credit card used. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A valid drivers license is required to rent a vehicle. For international residents, a valid drivers license issued from your country of residence must be in English it must be accompanied by an International Drivers Permit. Drivers licenses must be valid for the entire rental period. |

| GAS |
| All vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas. All vehicles should be returned with a full tank of gas. Should we have to refuel the vehicle it will be at the refueling fee will apply. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the Vehicle. |
| NO-SHOWS |

| All Rentals are non smoking vehicles. We charge $350 Cleaning fee when a vehicle has been smoked in. |
| TOLL ROADS AND FEES |
| Renter is responsible for all tolls and fees. |
| TRAVELING TO CANADA |
| Any Us citizen or International resident can drive a car into Canada. You will need to have proof of citizenship, the U-Save contract and your drivers license with you when you cross the border. Please note: Canadian citizens cannot drive a vehicle from the U.S. into Canada. |
| TRAVELING TO MEXICO |
| Our location does not permit travel to Mexico. |
