| CROSS BORDER |
| Vehicles are only able to travel within the state of California. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit cards are accepted for payment upon completion of rental. All reservations must have a valid credit card in the drivers name at time of booking. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| A deposit of $250 will be applied at time of rental pickup, along with the expected rental charges. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| All valid drivers licenses are accepted for renters between the ages of 21 to 75 years of age. |
| EARLY RETURN |
| No refunds will be provided for customers that return early prior to their actual reservation return date. |
| FUEL |
| All vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas and must be returned the same to avoid a refueling charge of 8usd/gallon.
A pre-paid fuel option is available at time of rental. |
| INSURANCE |
| LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW. RENTERS MUST HAVE PROOF OF LIABILITY COVERAGE IN THE RENTERS NAME AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. YOU NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE LIABILITY AND WE WONT BE ABLE TO RENT TO YOU WITH PROOF OF US LIABILITY INSURANCE. |
| ONE-WAY |
| All vehicles must be returned to the location from which it was rented. The renter will be 100% responsible for costs for illegal drops. |
| PAYMENT |
| A major credit card or a debit card in the primary renters name is required at the time of rental. PREPAID, PRE LOADED CARDS OF ANY KIND ARE NEVER ACCEPT AS A FOR OF PAYMENT. |

| Pick up and drop off is only permitted during posted business hours. Contact location for further information. |
| PREPAID RESERVATIONS |
| PAY NOW TERMS
All rentals are subject to U-Save standard terms and conditions of the U-Save Rental Agreement in effect at time and place of rental. Prepaid rates are subject to availability. This program is only available at participating cities/locations. Standard rental qualifications and rental period restrictions apply.
The name on all rental credentials (license and credit card) must match the name on the reservation. The card presented at rental pick up is the card of record for your rental. If the names do not match, for severity purposed the prepaid reservation must be cancelled and a new reservation made at prevailing rates. Name may not be changed after reservation confirmation.
A valid driver’s license and credit card in the driver’s name must be presented at the time of rental to cover any reasonably anticipated charges which have not been included in the prepaid voucher. A prepaid charge card is not an acceptable credential.
While a debit or prepaid charge card is an acceptable form of rental prepayment online, they may not be accepted for credit hold required when you pick up your car. Please review the terms and conditions on your confirmation page regarding credit and debit card acceptance at that location.
US prepaid rates are only available for reservations booked online at usave.com. Rental days are based on 24 hour periods commencing at time of pickup. Additional days will apply if the rental is kept longer than specified and will be billed at a higher rate. When you pay in advance for your qualified reservation, your prepaid discount will automatically be applied to your rate. Prepaid rates cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Fees or surcharges may be applied at time of rental. Voluntary upgrades will be charged at locally applicable rates. Your total rental rate is calculated based on the information provided at time of reservation. Approximate rental charges are based on available information at the time of reservation for renters age 25 and older. For renters under age 25 an additional daily age differential charge may apply. For minimum age requirements please see `Terms and Conditions`.
To release the car to you at time of pick-up all rental terms and conditions must be met, regardless of your original prepayment. You will have a hold put on your credit card at the time of rental for any additional estimated charges plus an applicable deposit.
Upon returning the vehicle, U-Save will process a release of the unused portion of the hold subject to your Bank"s procedure. This hold may take up to 7 business days to be released by your bank. If you fail to return the vehicle as agreed, U-Save will obtain additional authorizations from your account to cover the rental charges. U-Save is not responsible for any returned checks or over-drafts based on this policy. Extensions or late returns result in additional charges.
Cancellation fees apply for prepaid reservations. No refunds or credits for unused rental days. If the prepaid reservation is cancelled any time prior to 24 hours of pick-up time, a $50 fee will be assessed. If the customer does not cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or if the rental vehicle is not picked up on the arrival date listed on the confirmation email, the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited.Cancellation requests must be made at usave.com. In order to cancel a prepaid reservation, click here and fill out the form to retrieve your reservation. Click on view or modify reservation. After retrieving your reservation, click the cancel button. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Pay Now reservations cannot be modified. |

| Usave operates a 100% non smoking fleet. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in any Usave vehicle at anytime. A fee of $250 will be charged. |
