| Additional Drivers must qualify the same as the primary renter, a $6.00 per day charge may apply to non-family members. |
| AFTER HOURS |
| After hours drops are permitted. Please make arrangements at time of rental pick up. |
| AGE |
| Renters and additional drivers must be minimum 21yrs of age with valid drivers license and major credit card in own name. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit cards may be accepted for rental - please contact location prior to arrival to qualify. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| Debit Cards: Will require a $150.00 deposit PLUS the projected rental. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the rental. Credit Cards: A 150.00 hold, and projected rental will be placed on your card at time of rental. The 150.00 hold will be released upon return of the rental. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| A current valid drivers licenses is required. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same amount as rented to avoid refueling charges. |
| HOLIDAY |
| Closed Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Dec 23rd-Jan2nd |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss to others. You agree to provide automobile liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance cover you, us, and the vehicle. |
| NO-SHOWS |
| A one day rental fee will apply to no shows. |
| ONE-WAY |
| Our location does not offer one way rentals. |
| PAYMENT |
| Debit cards accepted- contact location for details. Cash rentals not accepted. Credit card guarantee required at time of booking. |
| PICKUP/DROP |
| Pickup available within a restricted geographical area. A fee may apply. Please contact the location for details. |
