| Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary renter. No additional fee will be added. |
| AGE |
| Renters and additional drivers must be minimum 21yrs of age with valid drivers license |
| BUSINESS HOURS |
| Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Closed Saturday and Sunday |
| CANCELLATION |
| Cancellation is required 2 weeks in advance of your rental for a full refund of your deposit. If the cancellation is less than 2 weeks in advance, then a voucher will be issued towards your next rental. The voucher is not to be used towards another deposit. |
| CDW |
| Collision Damage Waiver may be purchased at the time of rental. |
| DEBIT CARDS |
| Debit cards are accepted. The card must be issued by a bank through your checking or savings account. |
| DEPOSIT RULES |
| A deposit of $150 is required to reserve a vehicle. This may be paid in cash or put on a credit card or debit card associated with your checking or savings account. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the rental if no additional charges have been incurred. |
| GAS |
| All vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling charge of 5.00usd/gallon. |

| HOLIDAY |
| Closed for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. |
| INSURANCE |
| You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the vehicle. |
| MILEAGE |
| 150 miles a day are included with each rental. Additional miles can be purchased at time of rental. |
| ONE-WAY |
| We do not offer one-way rentals. All vehicles must be returned to our location. |
| OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS |
| Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is available for an additional daily charge at time of rental.
This is additional liability insurance over and above your own liability coverage. |
| PAYMENT |
| Payment is due at time of rental. |
| PICKUP/DROP |
| We offer pick up/drop off service in the Gallatin area. Please call us @ 615-452-5934. We are located inside Vic Jenkins Automotive. |
| RULES |
| Towing is not permitted with U-Save vehicles. |
| SMOKING |
| All rentals are NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING vehicles. |
