| CANCELLATION |

If not cancelled 24 hours in advance you may forfeit your $50.00 deposit. A 50.00usd reservation deposit will be charged on credit card at time of booking. If reseravtion is cancelled with at least 24 hr advance notice prior to pickup time, then 50.00usd fee will be refunded.

| DEBIT CARDS A major Credit Card or Debit Card in the renters name is required at the time of rental. A major credit card is a card that is supported by a pre-determined line of credit and a debit card is supported by a bank account and in the renter`s name. If a Debit Card is used a deposit of 250.00 usd and the rental cost is due at the time of rental. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PREPAID DEBIT CARDS. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| DRIVERS LICENSE A valid drivers license is required to rent a vehicle. For international residents, a valid drivers license issued from your country of residence must be presented at the time of rental. If the drivers license is in a language other than English it must be accompanied by an International Drivers Permit. Drivers Licenses must be valid for the entire rental period. |

| GAS All vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when rented. Should we need to refuel the vehicle it will be at the refueling fee listed on your rental agreement. |

| INSURANCE - Collision Damage Waiver which covers damages to the rental vehicle is available for purchase however the renter must have personal liability insurance coverage which covers damage or injury to 3rd parties. |

| PREPAID RESERVATIONS |
PAY NOW TERMS
All rentals are subject to U-Save standard terms and conditions of the U-Save Rental Agreement in effect at time and place of rental. Prepaid rates are subject to availability. This program is only available at participating cities/locations. Standard rental qualifications and rental period restrictions apply.
The name on all rental credentials (license and credit card) must match the name on the reservation. The card presented at rental pick up is the card of record for your rental. If the names do not match, for severity purposed the prepaid reservation must be cancelled and a new reservation made at prevailing rates. Name may not be changed after reservation confirmation.
A valid driver’s license and credit card in the driver’s name must be presented at the time of rental to cover any reasonably anticipated charges which have not been included in the prepaid voucher. A prepaid charge card is not an acceptable credential.
While a debit or prepaid charge card is an acceptable form of rental prepayment online, they may not be accepted for credit hold required when you pick up your car. Please review the terms and conditions on your confirmation page regarding credit and debit card acceptance at that location.
US prepaid rates are only available for reservations booked online at usave.com. Rental days are based on 24 hour periods commencing at time of pickup. Additional days will apply if the rental is kept longer than specified and will be billed at a higher rate. When you pay in advance for your qualified reservation, your prepaid discount will automatically be applied to your rate. Prepaid rates cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Fees or surcharges may be applied at time of rental. Voluntary upgrades will be charged at locally applicable rates. Your total rental rate is calculated based on the information provided at time of reservation. Approximate rental charges are based on available information at the time of reservation for renters age 25 and older. For renters under age 25 an additional daily age differential charge may apply. For minimum age requirements please see `Terms and Conditions`.
To release the car to you at time of pick-up all rental terms and conditions must be met, regardless of your original prepayment. You will have a hold put on your credit card at the time of rental for any additional estimated charges plus an applicable deposit.
Upon returning the vehicle, U-Save will process a release of the unused portion of the hold subject to your Bank"s procedure. This hold may take up to 7 business days to be released by your bank. If you fail to return the vehicle as agreed, U-Save will obtain additional authorizations from your account to cover the rental charges. U-Save is not responsible for any returned checks or over-drafts based on this policy. Extensions or late returns result in additional charges.

If the prepaid reservation is cancelled any time prior to 24 hours of pick-up time, a $50 fee will be assessed. If the customer does not cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or if the rental vehicle is not picked up on the arrival date listed on the confirmation email, the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited.Cancellation requests must be made at usave.com. In order to cancel a prepaid reservation, click here and fill out the form to retrieve your reservation. Click on view or modify reservation. After retrieving your reservation, click the cancel button. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Pay Now reservations cannot be modified. |

| TRAVELING TO CANADA |
| TRAVELING TO CANADA Any US citizen or International resident can drive a car into Canada. You will need to have proof of citizenship, the U-Save contract and your drivers license with you when you cross the border. Please note: Canadian citizens cannot drive a vehicle from the U.S. into Canada. |
