| Additional drivers are permitted. All drivers must qualify the same as the renter. An additional $15.00 per day charge will apply. Minimum age for all drivers is 25 years old. |
| AFTER HOURS |
| We do not allow after hours pickups. If the vehicle is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for ALL loss of or damage to the vehicle until we inspect it upon our next opening for business (regardless of when such loss or damage occurred), and charges may continue to accrue until that time. |

| CANCELLATION |
| Reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to the pickup date to avoid a Cancellation Fee or forfeiture of your Advance Deposit. |

| DEPOSIT RULES |
A deposit of $200 to $350 is required to CONFIRM a Reservation.
A security deposit of $200 to $350 will be required on all rentals. This amount will be held until the rental is returned in the same condition as when it was rented.
A reasonable fee not to exceed $350 to clean the Vehicle will be charged if returned substantially less clean than when rented or if the Vehicle contains evidence of SMOKING or PET HAIRS. |
| FUEL |
| All vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel or the same amount as when the vehicle was rented to avoid refueling charges. |
| MILEAGE |
| Regular vehicles are allowed 200 free miles per day and 1,000 miles per week for weekly rentals. SUVs, MINIVANS, and PASSENGER VANS are allowed 200 miles per day and 1,200 miles per week for a weekly rental |
| RULES |
| Towing is not permitted with U-Save vehicles. |
| SMOKING |
| All our vehicles are NON-SMOKING. A cleaning fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking in the car at return. |
| TOLL ROADS AND FEES |
| Renter is responsible for paying all tolls, parking citations, photo enforcement fees, fines for toll evasion and other fines, fees, and penalties assessed against you, us or the vehicle during the rental period. |
